'Ello. Some pics from the farewell party or before. The whole thing was really nicely planned, right from the starting with the ice and Chermain's *evil* cackle, haha. I still haven't figured out who did the catering, should have been the Sec 3s. Anyway, the jelly hearts from Ms Goh were oh-so delicious and pretty :) I liked my/the party hat(s) (made by Sec 2s). At first, they couldn't find my hat. But they mixed it up with the Sec 4 Hilary. Surprisingly, no one cried. Sec 4s, I mean. I would have expected it to be some kind of emotional thingy but nah. Guess they're all tough people :D The lollipop. I want.  Yum-yum:)  The jelly hearts, from Ms Goh. I think.  The banner just after completion, the day before.  The banner hung up during the preparation.  Our doodlings :) See, I wrote the tiny litte words right at the bottom of the board.  OMG, I love this pic :) Taken from the Sec 1 NYMD blog. *Actually many were koped from Sec 1s NYMD blog, haha. Hope they don't mind... :) Danced for 3 hours today. Plus pointework! Yay. I got a fresh blister:) I have no idea why I put a smiley face there, haha. But I'm not taking Interfound this year, so Ms Jo wasn't exactly concentrating on me much. But I think I made the right decision because I wouldn't have been able to survive, seriously. And the Grade 8 ballet examinations are like in April?! So the Interfound exams girl would have to take 2 exams in 8 months. Wow. My pointe is seriously yucky. I want a better arch and stronger ankles. Like one of my ballet friends-Wait, I just remembered Alessandra Ferri's arch.  Look at those feet. How can they be so perfectly arched? I really want to go for the da;nsfestival's Russian Ballet Gala, featuring Marianna Ryzhkina and Dmitry Belogolovtsev. Ryzhkina isn't really a prima ballerina, is she? The main reason I want to go is because of the end of the iternary, which has the Don Quixote pas de deux. The rest, I'm not that big on, but still. But I really rather see the whole ballet of Don Quixote, because I absolutely love the act 1s and 4s. The Dream Scene doesn't really appeal to me that much, thought. I adore the Spanish influenced style of ballet with the fans and all :D Oh no. Only, what 50 days to EOYs!!! I haven't started hardcore mugging yet!!! No time lehhs. *sigh* Giving up Japanese and Interfoundation had better pay off. Or else I'll just blame it all on Geog, hahas. I'm procrastinating, alright. I haven't finished my AP3 yet, sigh. AP is not turning out to be fun AT ALL. When did Math ever seem fun, anyway? Yay for Singapore. They did it. They got a medal, silver at least. Woo. Let's see if we'll beat China, haha. Seriously, what are the odds? "It's only China, right?" as quoted from Today in Beijing. Jade Seah or Mark Richmond, can't remember. The PM's speech's has been postponed because the broadcasting of the Olympics. Wow. The Prime Minister's speech has been deemed less important than badminton and track and field. Haha. |
