Not-so hardworking (Tuesday, September 02, 2008)
 Maria Alexandrova in Don Quixote-Russian jetes, I think. Gosh, I love how this bright pic brightens up my kind-of drab skin.  Ballet legend Maya Plisetkaya in Don Quixote-Grande jetes. This pic blends in.  Maya Plisetkaya again, doing I-don't-know-what. Russian jetes, maybe. So does this one.  Sylvie Guillem!!! In modern dance. And this one.  Svetlana Zakharova. The dancer is Marianna Ryzhkina who isn't really that well known but whatever. A pic of her in Giselle.  See, her grande jete isn't as straight as Natalia Osipova's or Maya Plisetkaya's or Maria Alexandrova. I love grande jetes so much I even named this blog after it :DD Too bad I can't do it. I finished my Home Econs sewing article, woots. It actually turned out not bad-looking, mind you. I am proud to say that I did my first ever embroidery. A flower, 2 clouds and 3 mountains that were actually supposed to be grass at first :D Oh yeah, and 5 buttons and running stitches. Home Econs is loved. Haven't *exactly* been slacking these days. Went to Popular to buy assessment books, figured that if I'm not going for Science Enrichment because of no important reason, might as well make up for it ,since about everyone's going except Siqi (who has something on) and me (who doesn't have anything on). I remember when I was sitting with lovely Abigail last year, she told me this: My sister said that Paris Hilton doesn't sing, she makes noises. Okay, maybe the quote, the credit goes to her sis. Must study for EOYs. My brain says that, my hands don't. That's why I'm typing this now. |
