I did not do any work today. (Friday, June 05, 2009)
If I didn’t go for ballet yesterday, I could have stayed in the house for one whole week, like quarantine for H1N1, you know, since dance has been cancelled for today. I guess that just makes me safer than anyone of YOU from H1N1, since I've never gone to crowded places this week. But I did go for ballet anyway. We tried double pirouettes en pointe but I can’t do it unless I cheat. But I’ve realised how much breaking in the pointe shoes make a difference because my arches en pointe look much better after I did some major bending of the shoes. I am beginning to doubt my standard of ballet, compared to my ballet classmates. I mean, there's this girl, she hasn't even attained Merit before. Why? Because there's only space for a Distinction in her portfolio.Also, I think I should start having some kind of healthy eating regime because holidays make you fatter, since there are no councillors to catch you eating (because that deters you). So now we're free to eat snacks and whatever. So I'm introducing a HilaryH healthy eating course which I am going to follow but I highly doubt anyone will care about it. 1. Assuming that you're awake for 16 hours per day, drink 1 cup of water every 2 hours, it makes 8 cups in 16 hours. Do not drink any sugary drinks and limit yourself to Milo or fruit juice. 2. Eat more during proper meals and do not eat snacks, especially if you're not hungry. EDIT: Hey, I went out. |
