Let's see who's the first group to be invited out. (Thursday, August 13, 2009)
Today was fine.

ICT in the morning was fruitless, motion tween-ed and got myself confused, as a result, screwed the whole thing up.

Chinese was anti-climax, LIlaoshi promised us papers today but what happened? She walked in, everyone staring at her, hungry for their papers, good or bad and she says, “做作文”. I don’t care about giving suggestions on immersion programs anymore OK! I’ll probably hate my results and make a big fuss over it but I’m really starved for my papers.

Anyway, had to stop writing the compo halfway, which I hate to do, to go down for Sec 1 recess prac.

Chinese dance was good, yay stretching we’ve haven’t really stretched because modern dance is like so rare nowadays. But we’re having dance tomorrow while all the other ccas cancel theirs because it’s Founders Day. Performance coming soon.

Completed with compo during white space and 15 minutes of lunch. Math was AARGH, don’t really understand stupid indices and I’m going to volunteer myself for remedial.

LA was ever so normal. Mrs. Heng was dissatisfied with our behaviour during Dr. Carey’s talk yesterday because the other classes were being lovely and attentive angels and we’re just a bunch of talking monkeys. So anyway, poetry is turning out to be a stupid course that I can’t wait to get over with. If given a choice, why would I write a poem for LA EOY if I could write a 6 page long essay? Why would I choose to have a miserable few stanzas with possibly grammatically wrong half-sentences to secure my LA marks?

Stayed back until 5.30 to help with Founders’ Day banner. I’m going to hunt down all those in marketing you know. OK, not really because I guess I’m just making up for all the times I didn’t contribute to class activities. It was reasonably enjoyable.

Block tests just ended; and EOYs are hot on our trail. It seems like we’ve so much more to learn but EOYs are impossibly near. And now stupid Founders’ Day tomorrow is making us miss yet another physics lesson ugh. I. WANT. PHYSICS.
