Physics is like Math. Therefore, I don't like Physics. (Wednesday, September 23, 2009)
Today was quite slack. It also witnessed The Return of the Physics Papers and more seemingly random mentions of food among fervent declarations of passion. They were in fact, cleverly and subtlety inserted to feed the hungry spirits in (some) of us. The strategies worked, as all mentions of food were met with a slight turn of the lips, followed by a sudden action of looking down, as if to cover one’s gluttony. That seemingly neutral and unaffected face did not managed to mask the growling stomach. Physics, as I said before, witnessed The Return of the Physics Papers and it turned out okay because the whole class performed rather well. That is good but the paper held some careless mistakes and some lucky guesses. Just one Physics EOY to go and it will be time to wave Physics farewell for the rest of the 2 years in Nanyang, and probably for the rest of my life. Good riddance. ICT was just more Dreamweaver. In LA, we learnt about our (remaining) classmates’ passions and also their schedules, their coaches/instructors, their diet, whether or not it was compulsory for them to go for trainings, their diet, their idols and their diet. Dance was spent listening to CHENlaoshi talk about the senior Chinese dancers’ boyfriends and early BGRs. Once you join NYCD, you will forever be under the wrath of CHENlaoshi’s boyfriend approval interview. I’m just joking okay; to any Chinese dancers that may misunderstand. I suppose it’s just a tendency and habit of hers to be motherly and caring, so it seems. We learnt that there were to be no more Culture lessons from today onwards. That gives us more time to revise Chinese but we’ll all miss the Culture teacher and his wonderful stories. Change of blogskin; hey I edited it and there’s a significant difference between the original and this one. So I’m getting more HTML-savvy, hmm. Drama tomorrow and I want to dress like an office bimbo but I don’t exactly own anything that looks remotely like office wear nor do I own anything bimbo. Maybe I should hijack one of my mother’s old office skirts. |
