You Think Creatively
Your brain works best when you let your intuition be your guide. You like to imagine, speculate, and fantasize. You have fun playing with ideas. You are interested in theories. You enjoy studying and developing them. You are drawn toward art, philosophy, and even math. Almost every subject is interesting to you.
A quiz I took about how I think. I wish math was interesting and fun instead of being baffling, vexing, annoying and horribly abstract to me.
Note the time of this post, it’s in the evening. I was slightly hesitant to upload this post today because it’s a bit pathetic to be posting in the afternoon of the day where your final exams are over. But I went out okay; I did! I just came back early.
Anyway, Math Paper 1 wasn’t all that difficult! Like seriously, I actually had time to check my work and discover careless mistakes; which means that the average student probably finished in half of the time allocated; which, in turn, implies that the above-average students (eg. those geared towards Math and Science Talent Programme) probably completed the paper in half an hour. But I don’t really care because I finished the paper without blanks and relatively confidently so WOOOHOOOOO!
Drama briefing about lights, sound, stage and box dimensions. Happy Tree Friends episode “Class Act” was shown, eliciting many gasps and covering of eyes. I think we were probably distressed and perturbed to the fact that there are actually people out there who would want to cause such disturbing and cruel things to happen to the cute animations of rabbits and squirrels. Call me sadistic but I personally think it’s funny and I’ve watched an entire list of the HTP series during the June holidays. It’s so unrealistic; the goriness isn’t even disgusting anymore. Blood doesn’t spill out of you like that. And in the HTP series, this episode would be one of the milder ones really. Someone screen Hannibal and blow all our brains out (quite literally). Go see the brain scene(s); it’s disgustingly fascinating and not too gross because the props look unrealistic.
“Shopping” is exhausting and extremely boring. I don’t know about other girls of my age but my attempt at shopping just turned out to be dragging one’s feet around vapidly around the “hottest malls in town” and the occasional fascination-cum-disgust at gaudy, garish outfits. We covered lunch, Ion, Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City in 3 hours. And not coincidentally/surprisingly, eating took up the most time; next was sitting down and stoning; escalator-riding probably comes in with a close third.
I feel a lot more at ease at Kinokuniya than Topshop or something. I guess I’m just not cut out for shopping trips. I’ve been leading a prosaic life for 14 years and have too insipid a personality, causing my disability to appreciate such exhilarating and exciting activities. (woah English overload, I got inspired by someone) I think I dress decently enough though. I think I do.
Drama tomorrow; intensive dance for the rest of the marking days but anyway I am sick and tired of going out. (It’s exhausting I tell you) I’d rather plant myself on my nice mesh chair and play lame games and write posts and do quizzes.
I think I should have been born a boy because I actually harbour such thoughts that probably go against the number one unspoken rule of femininity, regarding shopping.
I also think I use the word ‘probably’ too often.
