You see how competitive they are? (Sunday, October 11, 2009)
I am feeling more hopeful about Math now. Although I still haven't finished all the remedial worksheets/special sessions and whatnot, I realise that maybe, I can do at least 3/4 of the worksheet easily, so that is good. A pass is in sight, no prep test pretty please.

So I ought to catch up on history because everyone seems to be mugging it but I'm not. I tried writing a LA compo on the "A woman's place is in the home", a topic I thought was relatively easy to develop on but it turned out to be not that easy really. I actually feel nervous for LA because of the hidden summaries, expository/argumentative essay-structure and the ambiguity of the unseen proses/poetry we supposedly have been doing for the whole year. It's the classic story of Crouching Summary, Hidden Essay. Since when were any summary-writing skills imparted to us this year anyway?

I like Vitamin String Quartet's of pop music,LISTEN TO VSQ ON YOUTUBE!
And all those hip-hop ones because they sound fantastically comical. For all those who only listen to classical music, it's an excuse to hear pop music.
