Today is/was the modern dance-self choreo audition of the Sec 1s! But the Sec 2s didn't go because we weren't allowed to :( Yuxin, Rachel and I wanted to peek in but the Sec 4s saw us :O Then Jingjing closed the transparent glass door, lol. Like that stops anyone. But anyway, didn't peek anymore because I bus-ed home with Nicole. Yes, Nicole.
We watched Pocahontas in history class today, but the main point was really about colonialism by the British. I used to watch that all the time, I think, along with all the Disney classic films which really are from 1980s-1990s.
I feel accomplished today, because.
I passed the prep test!
I wrote and sent the letter to my mortal.
I found out what my mortal looks like. (by accident, I just saw her name on the nametag in the canteen :D)
I did a right split and almost touched my back leg.
I did a left split.
I practiced centre split by doing Liulaoshi torture routine.
I did 10 sit-ups.
I did 20 leg lifts.
I did a 下腰 but kneeling down la.
The points listed in orange are part of my new resolution! That is, to do a regime everyday, to train flexibility and fitness. Flex & Fit :D LOLS. Anyway, the 下腰 wasn't part of the programme but I guess Fridays and weekends are exceptions because I've got more time. I'm going to make myself FLEXIBLE and have strong stomach muscles :D
The Sec 1s this year are tall. My mortal is taller than me.
